Claim Process

If you have moved or if the dealer that you purchased your furniture from is no longer able to serve you, please fax or mail the following information to Ashley Furniture Consumer Affairs:

  • A copy of your original sales receipt
  • Product Serial Number
  • Product Model Number
  • Specific description of problem
  • Daytime Phone Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address

Please address all warranty requests to the attention of the Consumer Affairs Department.
