SAN ANTONIO, TX - Hope to Dream, in collaboration with Ashley Furniture Industries (Ashley) and Storkcraft, is proud to announce a donation to The Children's Shelter in San Antonio, Texas, following the facility's extensive renovation project. The Children’s Shelter, which has undergone comprehensive updates to better serve its young residents, reopened its doors and now has seven children in its care. The renovations have created an enhanced, more welcoming environment for children in crisis, and this furniture donation completed the transformation of living spaces. The timely partnership between Ashley, Hope to Dream and Storkcraft ensures that children entering the shelter will have comfortable beds to sleep in from their very first night.
The Children's Shelter, which serves children aged 0-10 for up to three-month stays, received furnishings to complete the children’s bedrooms in their newly renovated facility. Hope to Dream and Ashley contributed 16 twin bed sets and nightstands, equally divided between the older boys' and girls' rooms. Storkcraft complemented this donation with ten dressers for the toddler and infant rooms.

The Children's Shelter has served as a crucial safe haven for vulnerable children in the San Antonio area for over 120 years, offering resources to support parents and families and foster care services. The reopening of their 32-bed emergency shelter rounds out the organization's services and fills a critical need in the San Antonio area.
