What started in 1886 with a cigar factory, Florida’s first industrial town, is now called home to Ashley Global Retail, a marketing, sales, and e-commerce company featuring stylish furniture and accessories, many manufactured by Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC.
The multi-story corporate space won the Best Repurpose Project Award by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The 76,000 square foot facility, which officially opened in 2016, features two movie theaters, a cafeteria, game room, and balconies from which employees can work while taking in the Florida sunshine.
The Ybor corporate office is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, bars, offices and museums and the Ybor street car provides transportation from Ybor to Channelside where you will find even more restaurants, museums, the hockey arena, the convention center, Riverwalk, and The Florida Aquarium.
